Everyone has something in their lives that they would like to change. It could be a bad habit, it could be a financial circumstance. It doesn’t matter what you want to improve in your life, it will always come down to improving yourself. The Law of Attraction teaches that everything that happens to you, good or bad, is attracted by your emotions and thoughts through the delivering of vibrations to the universe. Therefore, the most important thing to get a better life is to change negative emotions into positive. Self growth is about this, self growth is about FEELING GOOD!

When you work on self growth, you learn how to feel good most of the time. The more and more you practice, the more you improve your level of awareness of your feelings and your alignment with your higher self. Reach the highest levels and you won’t have to worry about anything anymore! It would be as if you were specially blessed. Things that you didn’t even have asked for will come to you. And it is not about material things only. You would have more energy, more health, more mind power, more confidence, more luck… Actually, your only worry, the only thing you should care about, is to make yourself feel good.

However, sometimes we all have resistance against things that we want or even against good feelings. The challenge lies in finding these resistances within you and clearing them out! Then you can start manifesting everything you want in your life by matching your vibration (your feelings) to that which you want. You can UNLOCK YOUR FULLEST POTENTIAL TO CREATE AN AWESOME LIFE! Self Awesomeness was created to help you do that.

    Self Awesomeness is AWESOME! I had been going through a bit of a rough patch, but I found that daily meditation is amazing for my mental health. Even ten minutes of just sitting quietly with your thoughts can yield good results.

      Thank you,Thomas! I totally agree with you. Meditating a little every day can make a huge difference in all areas of your life. Everyone who decides to commit in doing it daily feels how amazing it is and it becomes essential to their routine. My day without my meditation isn’t the same! It’s a wonderful tool I use to raise my vibration.
