What is the thing you want the most in life? A house on the beach? A luxury car? Lots of money in the bank?
What are you doing right now to get what you want?
It doesn’t matter what you do in order to achieve your goals, if you don’t understand and don’t apply the Law of Attraction, you can’t get there.
If you don’t know what the Law of Attraction is, please read an explanation here. In this post, I want to share with you a practical, easy way organized in steps so you can apply the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams.
Apply the Law of Attraction in 4 Steps
Now, have you ever asked yourself why do you want the things which you want?
I can tell you the answer to this question. Whatever you want, you want it because you believe you will feel better in the having of it. Maybe you think you will be happier, maybe fulfilled, loved, peaceful… There is always a feeling you’re pursuing behind the material thing or circumstances you wish.
Step 1 – The feeling
Find out what’s the feeling you are looking for. Ask yourself: “why do I want this?” until you reach an answer based on a feeling.
Your wish: be financial independent.
Question 1: Why do I want to be financial independent?
Possible answer 1: Because I want to able to do whatever I want whenever I want.
Question 2: But why do I want to be able to do whatever, whenever I want?
Possible answer 2: Because I’ll feel free.
Underlying feeling: freedom, liberation.
You could have also answered the first question with not ever need to worry about money anymore. This can maybe bring you safety, or freedom, or adventure… Whatever is the feeling, now you know what you really, really want. Write it down so you don’t forget what it is.
Step 2 – Prepare your mindset
In order for you to have something you don’t have yet, you will have to become someone who you are not yet. Otherwise, the universe will keep bringing to you the same things you already have.
You have to shift your vibration. Change your mindset.
Think about those people who have what you want. How do they think? How do they behave? What do they expect from life?
The whole point here is that you must behave consistently according to your goals and believe you can achieve them. Ask yourself: “is this action I’m about to do aligned with what I want as a result?”. Then, expect the best!
Believe you deserve it. Believe you can do it. Believe you will achieve it.
This will create the base for everything else. When you don’t believe you deserve it, your brain will shut off for the feeling you’re looking for. You will have a hard time doing step 3.

Step 3 – Practice the feeling
Let me ask you a question. If 15 minutes of your day would be all that you needed to make your dreams come true, would you still give the excuse that you’re too busy?
If you answered yes or if you answered that you don’t have any spare 15 minutes, then I would like to stop.
Stop to ask yourself if you really want what you think you want.
Reflect about this. If you’re not willing enough to take action towards what you want, that’s because your “why” may not be big enough. If that’s the case, find something else that is a stronger wish to you.
Alright. Now, lets talk about what you do with these 15 minutes of your day. Ask yourself questions that bring the feeling you’re searching for. Do it every single day. (The universe takes no weekends or holidays. )
Fill in the blank space with your feeling and ask yourself: “How does ………………… feels like?”. Lets say you’re pursuing happiness. Some questions you can use to manifest this feeling are:
“how does happiness feel like?”
“how would I feel if I were a completely happy person?”
“how would I walk?”
“how would I talk?”
“how would my posture be?”
“how would I behave and react to situations?”….
Let yourself feel the feeling for these 15 minutes. Create a clear picture of your super happy self. Could you feel more happy than that? If yes, let the feeling increase. Rejoice in the moment.
You can also achieve the feeling by visualizing what you want happening.
You may use your 15 minutes all at once or spread it throughout the day. You can do 5 min in the morning, 5 min in the afternoon and then 5 min at night. Whatever feels better to you.
Also, you can choose to use 10 min for thinking about these questions above and 5 for visualization. Find the perfect design for you. The important thing here is that you truly feel the feeling.
Step 4 – Release, detach
Release the thought that you want what you want. Keep the good feelings you practiced but detach from the desire. You have already sent it to the universe. It knows what you want. Now go to your daily tasks and feel good about it.
Believe that the universe is orchestrating the most amazing way to bring to you what you desire.
When you practice the feeling of having what you want, you align yourself to its vibration. But if you keep focusing on the thought that you want that, you’re actually telling the universe: “I want this, but I don’t have it yet”. This is focusing in the lack of what you want. It’s exactly the vibration you should be avoiding.
Let the universe does its work.
In essence, what you need to do is:
Believe you can have it. Expect you will have it.
And when you think about what you want, feel the feeling you’re searching for!
When you’re not thinking about it, feel good anyway.
Do it daily.
